Below is a showcase of the stunning wedding venues at which I have been lucky enough to photograph some beautiful weddings. Located all over the UK, mostly in Clacton On Sea, Colchester, Ipswich and generally the whole of Essex and Suffolk, I hope this provides prospective brides and grooms with a helpful insight into your future wedding venue.

Don't let the 'Towie' reputation put you off your dream wedding in Essex, with so much more to offer, Essex is a great location to hold your wedding. With the seaside beaches of Clacton On Sea, dainty vintage features of Frinton On Sea, fascinating history of Colchester and the charming quay in Wivenhoe, your wedding day in Essex will be nothing less than perfect.
Are you after an Essex wedding location with bundles of history and character? Colchester, the oldest recorded town in the UK, boasts charm and has some very unique wedding venues. Being quite a large town, there are plenty of smaller villages amongst it, offering a vast choice of venues to hold your wedding.
Further out towards the London-end of Essex there are some beautifully unique wedding venues, one of my favourites being Gaynes Park in Epping. Gaynes Park is a stylish and contemporary barn wedding venue in the grounds of a historic country estate in Epping. This venue offers some unique ceremony locations such as The Orangery which lies at one end of the large Victorian Walled Garden, where mature trees, herbaceous borders with old-fashioned roses and a charming wrought-iron pavilion provide a romantic backdrop for your Essex wedding, drinks reception and those all-important wedding photographs.
Nearby Suffolk also boasts beauty - Head to the grand Woodhall Manor, Hintlesham Hall or Helmingham Hall and make a statement with your wedding day. If you are after a more intimate ceremony, try Maison Talbooth or Le Talbooth in the quaint and chic village of Dedham.
